PH30419: DIVISION IN CROSSTAB LOST PERCENTAGE FORMAT SET IN FM

Error description

• After adding a query item that's a division calculation and set
  its format to Percentage in FM, it's Percentage format is lost
  when reporting in Crosstab.
  
  Steps:
  
  1. In great_outdoors_warehouse_dq, add a calculation to sales
  fact:
      test3= [Business view].[Sales fact].[Gross profit]  /
  [Business view].[Sales fact].[Revenue]
  
  2.  Set the Data Format to Percentage
  
  3. Create a report on the newly published package (report spec
  is attached):
  
  4. The percentage format is lost in Crosstab
