APAR status

Error description

  • "The Cognos Analytics server can't communicate with the Jupyter
server" message while logged in through an https-enabled
gateway/webserver and creating a new notebook to an http-enabled
Jupyter server.

Local fix

  • Use an http-enabled dispatcher or gateway to login to Cognos to
create a new Jupyter notebook.
