PH30211: ORF JOB FAILS WITH HRF01548E WHEN IMS WRITES A ROLLBACK LOG AFTER DB IS CLOSED

Error description

• When IMS writes a rollback log (type-x'38') after all the
  DB-close logs (type-x'21') for the database data sets are
  written, ORF capture does not send the rollback record to ORF
  job, which causes the ORF job to fail in the Apply phase with
  the following message:
    HRF01548E Change capture terminated with inflight changes

  ORF capture did not send the rollback record to ORF job because
  it did not expect that IMS writes a rollback log record after
  all the database data sets are closed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed so that ORF capture sends the rollback
  record to ORF job when IMS writes a rollback log (type-x'38')
  after all the DB-close logs (type-x'21') for the database data
  sets are written. An IMS recycle is required in order for this
  fix to be effective.
