Error description
A DBA may be confronted with the occurrence of message DSNX881I "...901 Storage utilization above threshold ...sw://fs.sda8/hadomain1.node..." in Db2MSTR. This warning is aiming at the Audit facility of the IIAS system. It is caused by a mismatch between the number of audit log files allowed and the disk space required for these files. Background information: The overall number of audit log files and the size of a single file is constant. So the required disk space is constant too. Unfortunately the required size for all audit log files together is higher than the implemented warning threshold. A fix will be contained in IDAA maintenance level 7.5.3. Additional keywords: ...magneto/issues/6708#issuecomment-18897708
Local fix
If you find the indicated message annoying and want to get rid of it before upgrading to 7.5.3 or higher, IBM support can decrease the number of collected audit log files in a remote maintenance session. The change requires an outage and gets effective only after the support personnel has issued an apstop/apstart command.
Problem summary
With IIAS level 1.0.23.2 the issuing of a warning message at 80% utilization of the audit log files has been abandoned. If the utilization reaches 90%, a critical message will be issued instead. IIAS level 1.0.23.2 is delivered as part of accelerator maintenance level 7.5.3.
Problem conclusion
Upgrade your accelerator maintenance level to 7.5.3 or higher.
