APAR status

Error description

• MQ was throwing the error due to the AMS address space using up
  all the memory in the subpool. Data from the Heappool trace
  showed a storage leak when MQPUT1 put to a queue protected
  with a PRIVACY policy.

  When protecting messages put using MQPUT1 to queues protected
  by a Privacy policy, an error can result in an area of storage
  being allocated during the message protection processing, but
  not freed.
  Over time,the accumulation of leaked storage can result in
  a degradation in performance, and eventual storage exhaustion.
  This Short on Storage SOS condition leads to MQI calls failing
  and abends reporting the storage shortage being captured.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQ0DLCF is changed to correctly free the leaked storage when
  it is no longer required.
