APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In ADDI Dashboard web page, " Total number of users logged in "
in the "Trends" Tab is always showing 0, while user passed
authentication and use Analyze Client in Eclipse, this user is
already assigned with float license.

Local fix

Problem summary

  • When logging on analyze client with a user name,  the " Total
number of users logged in " under the "Trends" Tab is still
showing 0.

Problem conclusion

  • After further investigation, the issue is located at
AuditScheduledJobService. The scheduled job is designed to run
every 15 mins to calculate the licence usage during last 15
mins. However, it doesn't work as expected and only read event
data in last 10 mins.
The logic of calculationg startDate and endDate is wrong.
