Error description

  • Adding a date field to the filter area in Dashboarding results
    in the following SQL being generated against Oracle:
    SELECT MIN("TIME_DIMENSION0"."DAY_DATE") AS
    "TIME_DIMENSION_DAY_DATE_Min", MAX("TIME_DIMENSION0"."DAY_DATE")
    AS "TIME_DIMENSION_DAY_DATE_Max" FROM "GOSALES"."TIME_DIMENSION"
    "TIME_DIMENSION0" FETCH FIRST 1001 ROWS ONLY;

    This SQL does not leverage an index on the Date field in Oracle.
    On large tables this will cause a performance problem.
