Error description

• When Compiling with Enterprise Cobol 6.3 user can get the
  following error :    IGYCB7104-U   Internal error while
  compiling function xxxxx. Failed assertion on
  ../il/Node.cpp:11299. Compilation terminated.
  

Local fix

• BYPASS/CIRCUMVENTION:
  Compile the program with NONUMCHECK compiler option
  

Problem summary

  The compiler was not able to properly handle NUMCHECK for large
  alphanumeric senders so it ABORTed.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was changed to handle long alphanumeric senders
  with numeric receivers for NUMCHECK by creating a copy that had
  only the number of bytes that will be sent to the receiver.
