  The ANT script responsible for determining which plugin binary
  should be used by IHS isn't detecting the proper bit value.
  

Problem conclusion

• A correction has been made to evaluate the IHS environment
  such that it can detect which bit value should be used
  when setting the httpd.conf file to load the proper plugin
  binary.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
