  children as individual members will fail with RSV-SRV-0003 The
  report specification contains an error at line ' 58', column '
  11,551'.
  Not enough elements to match content model :
  'All(dmMember,dmDimension,dmHierarchy,XMLAttributes)' as soon as
  the number of children exceeds the configured value for Limit on
  inserted individual children members in Authoring.
