Error description
Due to a change in the new UI, the customer is not able to clearly identify email recipients if many of them have the same names, usernames aren't shown additionally anymore As an example: - create 100 users with a name like 'Michael Fischer', and with user names like fismic00 - fismic99 Result: - you can identify these users by a search both in the old Cognos BI 10.x as in the new CA 11.1.7 - but when setting up the schedule and using the email search, you only see the names, and *not* (like in previous versions) both the names *and* the usernames - so it's impossible to see who is who without leaving the view, and perform a search. Still when coming back you don't know whom to choose
Local fix
workaround is to use known email addresses instead of users' names
