Error description

  • Description:
    
    From 11.1.7, users in Chinese interface cannot set the schedule
    to be AM when the current time is PM, and set to be PM when the
    current time is AM.
    
    
    Steps:
    
    1.  "My preference - Product Language - Chinese(China)": set
    product language to Chinese
    
    2.  "My preference - Time zone": set time zone to be one
    currently in PM
    
    3.  Select a report and create a schedule, set daily interval
    and period: Cannot set the time to be AM even when manually
    typing AM. The result schedule is always PM.
    
    4.  "My preference - Time zone": set time zone to be one
    currently in AM
    
    5.  Select a report and create a schedule, set daily interval
    and period: Cannot set the time to be PM even when manually
    typing PM. The result schedule is always AM.
