  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides enhancements to      *

  The following enhancements support Db2 12 function level 507:
  
  1. Driver
  The APPLCOMPAT field is displayed on the main Db2 Admin Menu
  (panel ADB2). This field uses the value of the CURRENT
  APPLICATION COMPATIBILITY special register. This value is
  initially set to the APPLCOMPAT value with which the ADBMAIN
  (driver) package was bound (APPLCOMPAT value of BIND PACKAGE
  ADBMAIN member).
  
  2. Parser and DDL reader
  The Admin SQL parser and DDL reader is enhanced to support
  CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE.
  
  3. Create
  When creating a procedure, a user can select the 'OR REPLACE'
  option on panel ADB26CO 'Create Procedure'. This option
  allows creating a procedure that already exists and replacing
  the existing procedure. Also, panel ADB26COV 'Create Procedure
  Options' has a new SPECIFIC clause that is prefilled with
  the procedure name that was entered by the user.
  
  4. GEN
  A new option 'R' is available for CREATE PROCEDURE on
  panel ADB2GENS 'Generate SQL from DB2 catalog'. This option
  generates the CREATE OR REPLACE procedure statement for an
  external non-SQL procedure or a native SQL procedure (NSP).
  
  5. Compare
  Compare supports CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE for an NSP
  so that the NSP can be altered without dropping and recreating
  the NSP when Db2 allows it.
  
  6. Masking
  Users can mask the specific name of an NSP with the STPNAME
  name mask, which also masks the stored procedure name.
  
  7. WSL cloning
  Work statement list (WSL) cloning supports masking the specific
  name of a NSP with the STPNAME name mask.
  
  8. Formatter
  Formatter now supports formatting CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE
  with the SPECIFIC clause.
  
  9. Change Management (CM) import
  CM import supports the new OR REPLACE option of the CREATE
  PROCEDURE statement. CM import also supports masking
  the specific name of a NSP with the STPNAME name
  mask.
