APAR status
Closed as program error.
Error description
When AD Connect gets to a member with size 0KB, it will consider it an empty member and will download accordingly (will not go inside the member to actually extract and transfer the bits).
Local fix

Problem summary
Current program logic in AD Connect relies on the PDS member size value in the ISPF stats.
Problem conclusion
A change was made to check the actual size of the member. If the member actually contains data and is not empty as indicated by ISPF stats, the agent will read the contents and return them to Build Client instead of sending an empty member as it currently does.
Temporary fix
