Error description

• DB2 Admin Tool : When Function Level is less than 503, panel
  ADB2Z text option "2M" ( greater than FL503 only) is properly
  cleared, but its associated text description is not.  This
  leaves an extra line on the panel with partial text "-"

  When Db2 Function Level is less then 503, the text "-" is
  erroneously displayed on panel ADB2Z ''System Administration'
  below option 2B.
  
  Issue 2:
  Panel ADB2Z2D 'Display Threads'
  has input field LOCATION that only
  allow 11 characters. It should allow 128 characters.
