• Continuous Collector failing with:
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -904, ERROR:  UNSUCCESSFUL EXECUTION CAUSED
  BY AN UNAVAILABLE RESOURCE. REASON 00C90096, TYPE OF RESOURCE
  00000302, AND RESOURCE NAME ECSIZSDB.DRLSKD15.X'04012B2E'

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

  The Continuous Collector region was slowed down or paused
  resulting in the STIMER for the commit loop being set
  incorrectly.
  

Problem conclusion

• The changes affect the Continuous Collector only and are:
  
  1. Timer is now always set from the current time, rather than
  adding the time interval as previously done.
  2. The timer value is recalculated and reset from the current
  time on a buffer full condition.
  3. Commit on a buffer full condition DRL0308I in addition to
  commit on timer interval DRL0384I.
  4. Message DRL0308I (buffer full condition message) has been
  altered to show the count of records since the last DRL0384I
  (timer interval) message and not a cumulative total for the
  collect.
  5. Message: DRL0383I Date Change: Date is now yyyy-mm-dd
  has been added to help customers identify the End Of Day
  point in DRLOUT.
