• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ABEND0C4-11 at CQM#BCMX+156CC at Shutdown.
  

Local fix

• Remove SHUTDOWN_DIAGNOSTICS(Y) - from the CQM PARMS and not
  issue other CQM commands during CQM shutdown such as F
  cqmstc,DDX.

  some module levels loaded into the QM address space that had
  been previously deleted from the memory.
  

Problem conclusion

• Logic was changed to report only those modules which are still
  in memory.
