Error description
This APAR addresses two issues with the Accelerator Load parm DATACHANGED YES: 1) An ADMIN ACCELERATOR LOAD DATACHANGED YES command loads tables that are not in a datachanged state. This includes newly added tables, which are not considered to have changed data. 2) When the load is executed, the following message is issued: ADB0005W ADBTEP2 - Warning(s) issued. Please review output. ADB5264W Reason: No tables were found whose data needs to be reloaded on the accelerator >accelerator-name<. Data of all the tables on the accelerator are in sync. A different message should have been issued indicating why the load did not occur. This APAR provides different texts for message ADB5264W, depending on whether none or some of the tables were loaded. Keyword: msgadb5264w; Keywords: msgadb5264w

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: Users of the Db2 Administration Tool who * * also use accelerators. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When the ADMIN ACCELERATOR LOAD * * command is issued with DATACHANGED YES, * * two problems are observed: * * * * 1) Tables with no data changes are * * loaded. * * * * 2) The message does not report that * * table(s) were not loaded due to the * * DATACHANGED YES specification. * **************************************************************** 1) An ADMIN ACCELERATOR LOAD DATACHANGED YES command loads tables that are not in a data change state. This includes newly added tables which are not considered to have changed data. 2) The message issued from the command does not report that due to the DATACHANGED YES option, tables are not loaded. Two new messages are needed for this problem: 1) If none of the tables included in the ADMIN ACCELERATOR LOAD DATACHANGED YES command are in a data change state, the following new message is issued; ADB5264W ADBTEP2 Reason: None of the specified tables were loaded on accelerator <accelerator name> because DATACHANGED YES was specified, and none of the tables have changed data. 2) If some of the tables were loaded and some were not loaded when ADMIN ACCELERATOR LOAD DATACHANGED YES is submitted, the following new message will be issued after the successful LOAD message: ADB5264W ADBTEP2 Reason: The following tables on accelerator <accelerator name> were ignored by LOAD processing, because DATACHANGED YES was specified, and the tables do not have changed data: < table list >
