  The web server plugin adds headers to requests forwarded to
  WebSphere that provide client details such as client address.
  These headers are referred to as plug-ins 'special headers'
  and have header names starting with $WS.  Plug-in was not
  setting these headers for websocket requests.
  Users can experience errors such as 'HTTP 403 - Resource
  Forbidden' when a request is received and the request does not
  provide the client information.
  

Problem conclusion

• Plug-in was corrected to set the special headers for
  websocket requests. Note-If a response for 403/Forbidden is
  received for websocket requests after applying this code
  change, please ensure trustedSenstiveHeaderOrigin is set
  if necessary as documented in apar PH07036.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.19 and 9.0.5.6. For more information, see 'Recommended
