  The Common Collector lifts the extended user region limit at
  initialization time to be able to use all available storage.
  It may cause IBM Health Checker for z/OS and PFA alert messages
  HZS0003E and AIRH222E issued prematurely due to the requested
  extended user region capacity left unchanged.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changed to set requested extended user region capacity to
  the 0.875 of the extended user region limit.
  Set REGION=0M in the started task JCL or ignore alerts.
