Error description

• When compiling with INITCHECK, NOPARMCHECK it correctly
  produces INITCHECK warnings.
  
  Using INITCHECK, PARMCHECK, the compiler may not produce some
  INITCHECK warnings.

Problem summary

  *                      for uninitialized data items. With      *
  *                      PARMCHECK, some of these same items     *
  *                      are not identified with the warning     *
  *                      message.                                *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

  The extra code generated for PARMCHECK and EXEC CICS HANDLE
  ABEND changed the flow of the program so that it appeared that
  different paths could be taken that would initialize a data
  item.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was changed to not generate PARCMCHECK code for
  internally-generated CALL statements which allowed flow
  analysis for INITCHECK to work properly.
