  • IBM Developer for System z (IDz) : IDz 14.2 - z/OS EXPLORER 3.1

In IBM Developer for z/OS (IDz) v14.2.3 with German encoding, an
exception is thrown for registering com.ibm.etools.zusage plugin
in the error log file:
