Error description

• APAR PH22951 provided the initial support for function
  level 504. This APAR provides a usability enhancement for
  that support.
  
  With APAR PH22951, you needed to set a target
  function level value for Db2 Admin Tool to be able to process
  segmented or partitioned (non-UTS) tables spaces, which
  can no longer be created in function level 504. This APAR
  removes that requirement.
  
  This APAR also fixes below reported issue:
  IBM0361W ONCODE=350 The STRINGRANGE condition was raised.
  From entry point SET_CURRFL at statement >stmt< at compile
  unit offset address >address<

  APAR PH22951 provided the initial support for function
  level 504. This APAR provides a usability enhancement for
  that support.
  
  With APAR PH22951, you needed to set a target
  function level value for Db2 Admin Tool to be able to process
  segmented or partitioned (non-UTS) tables spaces, which
  can no longer be created in function level 504. This APAR
  removes that requirement. Specifically, you no longer
  need to specify the following settings for GEN,
  Change Management (CM), and CM batch:
  
  GEN:
  Do not set the 'Target Function Level' field on panel
  ADB2GEN 'Generate SQL from DB2 catalog'
  
  Change Management / Object Compare:
  Do not set the 'DB2 function level' field on panel
  ADB2PCO 'Options for Change Functions'.
  
  CM batch:
  Do not specify the TGT_DB2FL parameter in your batch job.
  
  If these values are not specified and Db2 Admin Tool
  needs to create a non-UTS table space, Db2 Admin Tool
  automatically sets APPLCOMPAT to FL 503, creates the table
  space, and then resets APPLCOMPAT to the current function
  level.
  
  Additionally, this APAR provides an enhancement to the MIG
  (Migrate) function so that you can specify the function level
  for the target system. You can specify this value in the new
  field 'Target Function Level' on the MIG GEN panel ADBP8MG.
  If the function level for the target system is not specified,
  the Migrate function uses the function level at which the
  Db2 Admin Tool packages were bound on the source system.
  
  This APAR also fixes below reported issue:
