APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • SUMMARY:
    - Deleted reports are visible on the home page in the 'Recent'
    section even if deleted in 11.1.6.
    - When the 'deleted' report is clicked on in the 'Recent' list,
    a pop-up appears stating "You don't have access to this asset.
    It might have been disabled or deleted, or your permissions
    might have been reduced. Verify the state of the asset at its
    expected source location. You can remove the asset from your
    recent items by clicking OK." Pressing OK, removes the report
    from the list.
    
    The above makes sense however the client says it causes
    confusion as this was not the case in 11.1.1.
    - Confirmed that deleting a report in 11.1.1 does actually
    delete the report from the 'Recent' list.
    
    - For the defect, neither refreshing the page, nor logging out
    and logging back in results in the 'deleted' report being
    removed from the list. Only clicking on the report in the
    'Recent' list and pressing OK on the popup causes the report to
    get removed from the section.
    
    ENVIRONMENT
    Client has this problem in 11.1.6.
    -Reproduced the issue in 11.1.2, 11.1.3, 11.1.4, 11.1.5, and
    11.1.6
    
    EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
    Like in 11.1.1, deleting a report also removes it from the
    'Recent' section.
    
    ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
    Deleting a report does not remove it from the 'Recent' section.
