Error description
We run a report he first time and it works fine. After refreshing the page once the report still works but we lose the permissions part of the URL, and after refreshing the second time we lose the objRef part of the URL and get the error "com.cognos.pogo.bibus.CommandExecutionException". The same error occur when the user session expires.
