PH26656: FAILURE OF DERBY FAILOVER WHEN WE USE XSLD_MEMBER_HOST_ADDRESS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When we use XSLD_MEMBER_HOST_ADDRESS to use a specific NIC for
  XSLD env, the derby failover could result in an inconsistent
  state between derby table and dbconfig.json
  

Local fix

• commenting out the line below in <XSLD_Install_Dir>/eXtremeScale
  /wxs/derby/scripts/startNetWorkServer.sh
  
  #derbyAddr=${XSLD_MEMB
  ER_HOST_ADDRESS}
  
  With this workaround, the derby port will be
  bounded to all available interfaces, not the NIC specified by
  XSLD_MEMBER_HOST_ADDRESS.
