  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When tracing an ECB address the         *
  *                      appropriate address is not traced       *
  *                      following an MQGET when the             *
  *                      MQGMO_SET_SIGNAL option is used.        *
  ****************************************************************
  The logic that is used to trace the ECB address is correct when
  tracing an MQGET when the MQGMO_WAIT option is used, but not
  when the MQGMO_SET_SIGNAL option is used. This makes it
  difficult to locate the ECB address when the MQGMO_SET_SIGNAL
  option is used.
  

Problem conclusion

• The logic has been changed meaning the correct ECB address can
  now been located in the trace output in either scenario
  following an MQGET.
