Error description

  • Using XRF feature, after the CEMT PERFORM SHUT command was
issued on the alternate region, this region sends this message:
    +DFHXA6521I CICSI1F2 CICS shutdown initiated by CEBT event
and then he region hung with a high CPU usage and it does not
terminate.
.
The last trace entries in the dump are:

A CICS XRF Alternate region is waiting in standby mode.
Operations request shutdown using CEBT PERFORM SHUTDOWN.
The region hangs with MN domain issuing
SET_WLM_HEALTH IMMCLOSE and
DSSR RESUME with a null SUSPEND_TOKEN.

    



Problem conclusion

DFHSTP has been changed to prevent a call to
SET_WLM_HEALTH IMMCLOSE when the shutdown region is
an XRF region in standby mode.
