PH25660: ABENDAEXZ FOR WEB SEND OR WEB CONVERSE WITH ACTION(EXPECT)

Error description

• Migrated from CICS TS 5.2 to CICS TS 5.5 and start getting AEXZ
  abends for an EXEC CICS WEB SEND POST FROM() ACTION(EXPECT)
  command.
  
  DFHWBCL has to determine the HTTP level of the server before
  trying to send an Expects header.  This is done by sending an
  options request to the server.  In this case the server closed
  the connection after responding to the options request
  
  DFHWBCL did not handle the closure correctly and failed to
  automatically reconnect.  The HTTP headers for the actual
  application request are sent over a closed connection.  This
  then leads to an AEXZ abend.

  An EXEC CICS WEB SEND FROM() with the ACTION(EXPECT) option is
  issued.  ACTION(EXPECT) is an HTTP 1.1 only function so CICS
  sends an OPTIONS request to the server to determine the HTTP
  version.  The server responds and the connection is closed.
  CICS doesn't handle the response correctly and fails to
  re-establish the connection.  The application request is then
  sent on a closed connection which leads to the AEXZ abend.
