PH25525: ERRORS INSTALLING COMPONENT "RESOURCE ACCOUNTING" MISSING MEMBERS Part 1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Case came across as re-installation of component "Resource
  Accounting for z / OS Component" was producing message "Member
  'DRLSNW' not found for the selected component". Must have been
  doing it online, not batch. Eventually found they do not have
  the Network component licensed or installed, yet the dependency
  is there for some lookup table definitions. Two members were
  eventually found missing - DRLSNW and DRLTNWRE. These
  definitions need to be included in the base install for IZDS
  and IZCPA going forward.

  Note: Parts cannot be deleted from one FMID and added to a
  different FMID in the same APAR. Hence two APARs are required.
  
  Part one is this APAR which deletes the two parts from the
  Network Performance common FMID.
  The second APAR is PH32537 which adds the two parts back as
  part of the Base FMID
  

Local fix

• Added to ARM as well. Customers can define temporary members
  with those names in the LOCAL.DEFS Then, select a batch
  component re-install and then comment out those DD's referenced
  as such.

  Getting error "Member 'DRLSNW' not found for the selected
  component" when installing or re-installing Resource Accounting
  for z/OS component.
  

Problem conclusion

• The two DEFS members DRLSNW and DRLTNWRE are defined in the
  FMID "Network Performance common". When a customer does not
  have this FMID installed the DEFS member do not get
  installed in the SDRLDEF data set, however these parts are
  also required for the Resource Accounting for z/OS Component.
  APAR PH25525 will remove these parts from the
  "Network Performance common" FMID and PH32537 will add them
  as part of "Base function common" FMID. This will make these
  parts available to all components.
