Problem summary

  • ****************************************************************
    * USERS AFFECTED: Users of Db2 High Performance Unload *
    *                 for z/OS                                     *
    ****************************************************************
    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Db2 HPU creates output data sets for *
    * the unloaded data (OUTDDN option) with *
    * incorrect names if these output data *
    * sets are allocated through a TEMPLATE *
    *                      statement which name-expression         *
    * specified for the DSN option involves *
    *                      both the &PART. or &PA.. and the &UNIQ. *
    * variable. The &UNIQ. part of the name *
    * of the output dataset that should be *
    * the same for all the data containing *
    * data from the same table space varies *
    * along with the partition number. *
    *                                                              *
    * This occurs if the following conditions *
    *                      are fulfilled:                          *
    *                      - the data is unloaded from a           *
    * partitioned table space having more *
    *                      than 1 partition                        *
    * - the unload is processed in SQL mode *
    * - the unload specifies the SQLPART *
    * option specifying more than one *
    *                      partition                               *
    *                                                              *
    * A subsequent attempt to load the *
    * unloaded data with the IBM LOAD utility *
    *                      with a LOAD statement using a TEMPLATE  *
