Error description

• Case TS003576035 Describes problem where IO_COUNT is NULL in
  table MVS_WORKLOAD2_H. Values are coming across all zeros.

  The value for field R723MIOC of record SMF_072_3 is 0 and this
  creates an error when the value of column IO_COUNT is computed
  in the table MVS_WORKLOAD2_H.
  

Problem conclusion

• Update the code to check if the value for field R723MIOC of
  record SMF_072_3 is 0 and set column IO_COUNT to 0 if it is.
  Otherwise do the existing computation. Did the same check
  for fields R723MADJ and R723MCPU to compute for columns
  CAPACITY_CPU_SU and SU_UNWEIGHT_CPU respectively.
