  project Build process.

Problem conclusion

• The COBOL issues were appearing due to providing a test fix for
  SRR TS0034193333, for a wrong product version. (Some use-cases
  of asymmetric pairing of EXEC SQL + END-EXEC in main program
  and SQL Include files were not supported).
  The Assembler issues were due to poor handling of unnamed
  CSECTs.
