  during rename from temporary to shadow.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Reorg Expert issues HPSG0432E and ends  *
  *                      RC=08 if an error occurs during rename  *
  *                      from temporary to shadow.               *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  The issue can occur when all of the following control
  statements are specified.
  - DISPOLDDS=NEWSHADOW
  - NAMESWAPFAIL=BACKOUT
  When an error occurs while renaming the temporary data set name
  to the shadow data set name by specifying DISPOLDDS=NEWSHADOW,
  Reorg Expert will attempt backout processing.
  However, because some temporary data sets have been renamed to
  shadow data set names, IDCMS issues IDC3012I (not found)
  message and ends with RC=08.
  And then the Reorg Expert issues HPSG0432E/HPSG0011E and ends
  with RC=08.
  

Problem conclusion

• Reorg Expert has been modified so that if an error occurs while
  renaming temporary data set name to shdow data set name by
  specifying DISPOLDDS=NEWSHADOW, backout processing is not
  performed even if NAMESWAPFAIL=BACKOUT is specified.

     The Result of Old Data Sets Deletion report contains the
     result of deleting the old original data sets with the IDCAMS
     command.
  |  This report is produced before the reorganization process if
  |  SPACEALLOC=NO and either DISPOLDDS=DELETE,
  |  DIPOLDDS=NEWSHADOW, or DELOLDDS=YES is specified in the
  |  (REORG) block, or after the name swapping process if
  |  DELOLDDS=YES or DISPOLDDS=DELETE is specified in the (REORG)
  |  block.
     Note: The original data sets are renamed with a temporary
     name with suffix .T by the preceding name swapping process.

  |Explanation: Because DISPOLDDS=NEWSHADOW is specified, the
  |Smart Reorg utility attempted to rename the data set name from
  |the temporary data set name to the shadow data set name.
  |However, it failed.
  |System action: The Smart Reorg utility ends with a return code
  |of 4.
  |User response: See the messages that were issued from the
  |IDCAMS program, and identify the cause of the error. The
  |messages are printed in the Result of Renaming Old Data Sets.
