Error description

• ORF job can fail in the Apply phase when all of the following
  conditions are met:
  - ORF job runs with a LOGICALDBD keyword specified
  - The database is updated by using the logical DBD during the
    reorganization
  - The source segment of the updated logical segment does not
    have unique key

  ORF job can fail in the Apply phase in the following cases:
  1) All the conditions described in the problem description are
     met
  2) The database uses virtual pairing and the virtual
     logical child segment is updated during the reorganization
  3) The database uses virtual pairing and the logical child
     segment that has PTR=NT or a unique key is inserted during
     the reorganization
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR modifies the program so that ORF job ends normally
  when the conditions described in the problem description are
  met, and the other issues described in the problem summary are
  also fixed.
