• Closed as Permanent restriction.

Error description

• The problem has been seen for all SLOVAK Content Languages.
  User having it set will not get names when looking for specific
  functions. Only the icons are displayed but no names.
  This makes it very difficult to find a function.
  

Local fix

• Save your work. Then switch to a different Content Language, for
  example English, log off and re-login.
  OR: Open a 2nd session with a working Content Language and find
  out which folder/ function (by counting) you need to select for
  the SLOVAK session.
