  • Over time OMEGAMON Db2 will show increased use of ECSA due to
Near Term History KO2CNAGB

OMV006I OMV994I reason 14 frequent sessions created that
disconnect with out without a logoff

Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Increase in ECSA.                       *
****************************************************************
Increase in ECSA usage because NTH allocates memory in the ECSA
area while viewing the collected records but this storage is not
released if disconnect of classic session without logging off.

Problem conclusion

  • Change the logic to use the user storage instead of ECSA.
