PH23913: IMS RECORDS ARE NOT DELETED FROM THE VSAM OPTIONS DATA SET

APAR status

Error description

• When deleting IMS is requested, IMS Administration Tool deletes
  them from the registry but does not delete IMS records from the
  VSAM options data set.

  IMS subsystems are registered in ITKB repository (registry) and
  VSAM options data set.
  When deleting IMS subsystem is requested, IMS Administration
  Tool deletes IMS records from the registry but does not delete
  them from the VSAM options data set.
  

Problem conclusion

• IMS Administration Tool has been fixed to delete IMS records
  from VSAM options data set.
