Error description

• The automatic cleaning done on uploaded datas during a Data
  server creation is wrong with certain Swedish characters : å Å,
  ä Ä, ö Ö
  For example GRP_LÖPTID_MYRA is cleaned to Grp Lö Ptid Myra but
  it should be Grp Löptid Myra
  

Local fix

• Use advanced parameters:
  ModelingService.dbDefaultCleanTableLabels
  ModelingService.dbDefaultCleanColumnLabels
  As set the vlaue to: false
