  outside of a CLASS definition, it is possible for the compiler

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When the above conditions are met it    *
  *                      is possible for the compiler program    *
  *                      to issue the following terminating      *
  *                      error message:                          *
  *                                                              *
  *                      IGYLS5125-U The compilation was         *
  *                      terminated due to a compiler error in   *
  *                      phase id: "IGYCLSTR".                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  In some cases when a COBOL program contains an OBJECT or
  FACTORY paragraph that is not contained within a CLASS
  definition, it is possible that the compiler encounters an
  unrecoverable terminating error that results in the above
  mentioned error message, which is generally unhelpful to
  users.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was fixed to eliminate the unrecoverable error.
  The following error message will be issued:
  
  IGYDS1502-S A FACTORY paragraph was found outside a class
   definition. The source code following this
   paragraph was processed as a FACTORY defintion.
