Error description

• - Select with count(*) results in an error for Db2 virtual
  tables
  - Better message issued for: DB2 Direct exhausted process
  At X'00000051_02D000C0'(0000015A)
  - DB2 Direct Read against DB2 table may leave ENQs held
  - SELECT query sets Type to VARCHAR and leaves out trailing
  spaces
  - SMF query returning 0c3 ABEND when SQL has IS NOT NULL
  - Comments in Studio when generating SQL are wrong - it is
  always Db2
  - SELECT from TABLE WHERE KEY=1 UNION with another
  SELECT WHERE KEY=2 fail
