PH23125: NEED INFORMATIVE MESSAGE WHEN SESSION TABLE DOESN'T EXITS ON DB

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When configuring session database persistence, it is possible
  for DBA to create session db and session tables and indexes
  manualy. Incase if the session use different than the owner of
  the table DB metadata may not be avaiable to session manager
  and end up creating session table which fails.

Problem conclusion

• Added informative message when session table doesn't exits.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
