PH22936: INCORRECT OUTPUT: THE COMPILER INCORRECTLY FLAGS THE SIGN PARAMETER IN A PICTURE CLAUSE WITH AN IGYDS1089-S MESSAGE

Error description

• Functional changes in the V6.3 compiler allow the SIGN reserved
  word to now appear in either the PROCEDURE or DATA DIVISIONS in
  a user program.  This caused the index for the SIGN reserved
  word to change from value 03180001B20 to 02180001B20.  The
  sample alternate reserved word table IGY8RWRD needs to be in
  sync with this internal reserved word table, but was mistakenly
  not updated, for this change.
  

Local fix

• If the use of an alternate reserved word table for the compiler
  is required, update the entry for SIGN in the alternate reserved
  word table source and change the index from 03180001B20 to
  02180001B20.  Then rebuild the alternate reserved word table.
