Error description

• Exception at execution time when testing 64-bit mode
  programming, on a DISPLAY statement, due to using a 31-bit
  pointer that had the high order bit on.
  

Local fix

• Compile and execute in 31-bit mode

  The top bit of a POINTER-32 is not cleared when moving to a
  POINTER. In case of the top bit not being 0, the resulting
  POINTER value is invalid.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was updated to clear top bit of a POINTER-32 when
  moving to a POINTER.
