Error description

  • Cause of the problem is a rare race condition that can occur
when 2 different enclaves may be updating the LIBVEC pointer
table in different manners.

The COBOL runtime processing to prepare for ALL31(OFF) during
Language Environment initialization has an error that may lead
to subsequent overlay in IGZXFCAL.
