APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• (HPU 5.1 only) After the fix for APAR PH19393 has been applied,
  Db2 HPU ends with a completion code of 0 whenever an ABEND
  occurs in the C part of the HPU code.
  This occurs if INZUTILB is an alias of the INZUTIB1 module, i.e.
  VUU079/EXITHLL is set to NO.

• set VUU079/EXITHLL parameter to YES
