Error description

• When copying an existing report spec or an newly created report
  spec in a newly opened Report Studio window, the copied over
  report spec will not have the routing rules applies. Outputs
  error/warning:
  
  The routing server group "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" of the package
  "xxxxxxxxxx) does not math the empty routing server group of the
  default package. Only the routing server group of the default
  package will be used. As a result, the report may not run.
  

Local fix

• Select package before copying report spec over
