Error description

• If a stored procedure definition contains a PACKAGE PATH instead
  of a COLLID, then line command K ("Show packages on procedure")
  on panel ADB21O ("ssid STORED PROCEDURES") may not find the
  package and instead end with "No rows returned."

  *                      column of the system table              *
  *                      SYSROUTINES.                            *

  When line command K is used on panel ADB21O, the package
  is not found because the package path was given in the
  PACKAGE PATH parameter instead of the COLLID parameter.
