PH21430: MQ DUMP GATHERING ROUTINE ABENDS DUE TO A DEFECT IN CSQWDSDM

Error description

• S0C4 abend in RRS address space performs a PC call back into
  queue manager. A PGM 11 interrupt occurs due to a reference to
  invalid storage. The MQ dump gathering routine abends due to a
  defect in CSQWDSDM. This defect causes a dump of the recovery
  routine to be taken. Data from the original dump needed to
  investigate the cause of the original problem is lost.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If the EB for a failing process is      *
  *                      freed during dump processing, this can  *
  *                      cause an 0C4 abend in CSQWDSDM.         *

  The dump processing code uses the EB to find related control
  blocks to collect the relevant storage to dump. The code doesn't
  check if the EB has been freed, meaning that it's not safe to
  use it to perform these finds. Depending on how the EB is
  reused, this can cause an 0C4 abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to check the EB hasn't been freed
  before using it.
