PH21111: THREAD WILL NOT CANCEL IN DB2

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Thread will not cancel in DB2. During the processing of parallel
  data, QM encountered a 0C4-4 attempting to store into an offset
  based on address 0 due to a QM control block address being zero
  resulting in a abend.
  

Local fix

• Specify PARALLEL(N) in CQMPARMS.
